Booking policies

Thank you for respecting the schedule — it keeps prices fair and time slots open for everyone.

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure every appointment. Your deposit is applied to the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations: Please cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made inside this window will forfeit the deposit.
Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled once, up to 24 hours before your appointment time. Your deposit will carry over to the new date.
Late arrivals: Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or have their service shortened so the next client isn’t affected.
No-shows: Missing an appointment without notice forfeits the deposit. Repeat no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.
Guests & children: To keep the studio calm and focused, please come alone unless a guest has been arranged in advance.
Custom designs: Detailed nail art, extra length and specialty finishes may change the final price and time of your appointment. Uploading an inspiration photo helps Mo plan and quote accurately.
