Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure every appointment. Your deposit is applied to the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations
Please cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made inside this window will forfeit the deposit.
Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled once, up to 24 hours before your appointment time. Your deposit will carry over to the new date.
Late arrivals
Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or have their service shortened so the next client isn’t affected.
No-shows
Missing an appointment without notice forfeits the deposit. Repeat no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.
Guests & children
To keep the studio calm and focused, please come alone unless a guest has been arranged in advance.
Custom designs
Detailed nail art, extra length and specialty finishes may change the final price and time of your appointment. Uploading an inspiration photo helps Mo plan and quote accurately.
